A Few Monedas (2004)

The release of A Few Monedas propelled Los Krokodillos into the limelight, leading to their first European tour and full-length feature documentary. Featuring 15 new tracks, A Few Monedas was recorded November 2004 in Laetana Studios, Barcelona.

An eclectic mix of New Orleans jazz fused with influences ranging from soul to latin, this CD marks a turning point in the musical direction of the band. With the unique voice of Mikha Violin, one track with vocals by Jay Wallis and two original tunes by Sophia MacRae, the recording showcases some unique arrangements in the Krokodillos style.
